18 oz Cheese Tortelloni
8 oz Grape Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
6 oz Italian Dressing, or more if you like
1 cup Shredded Parmesan
Directions
- Cook the tortelloni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside in a sheet pan or other container where they can be allowed to dry.
- Halve the Grape tomatoes and quarter the cucumber.
- In a large bowl combine the tortelloni with the halved grape tomatoes, cucumbers, Italian Dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
